Definition

Geographical unit that belongs to item in correction order (return or complaint).

This feature determines the geographical unit to which a return or complaint item is assigned.

Note:

The geographical unit for a correction order is only unique at schedule line level. For example, a change of address or the restructuring of the shipping geography in the return or complaint period result in 2 geographical assignments to an item. If the system identifies a conflict, the return or complaint item is assigned to the geographical unit from the more recent schedule line, i.e. to the geographical unit that applies to the last unit returned or for which a complaint was registered.
