Definition

Carrier route assigned to an item in a correction order (return or complaint).

This feature determines the carrier route to which a return or complaint item is assigned.

Note:

The carrier route for a correction order is only unique at schedule line level. For example, a change of address or restructuring of a carrier route in the return or complaint period results in 2 carrier route assignments to an item. If the system identifies a conflict, the return or complaint item is assigned to the carrier route from the most recent schedule line, i.e. the carrier route for the item last returned or for which a complaint was last registered.
