Display of an object from the Web Repository to illustrate load telephone queues.
For an example of how load could be displayed, see the object ISM_CIC_HTML_LOADDISPLAY1. In this object, you would need to determine the load of a queue using the JavaScript function 'QueueLoad(nr)'. The load is color-coded for display.
A link in the form <A HREF=SAPEVENT:BTRNxxx> ... </> enables you to pass on the call to the telephone number xxx directly from display.
