Definition
Personnel number used to transfer a business partner to Human Resources.
When settlement documents are released with the transfer destination Human Resources, the system posts payments under this personnel number.
Sales agent settlement
The system uses the personnel number from the sales agent contract for settlement - if no personnel number has been entered, the personnel number from the business partner (payee) master data is used.
Settlement documents which have Human Resources as a transfer destination cannot be released without a personnel number - the personnel number can be maintained subsequently in the settlement document if required.
