Definition
In the scheduling profile you maintain the data used to determine the future requirements date with precise forward scheduling.
Use
If you have maintained a precise replenishment lead time, the system uses the factory calendar, grouping, and shift sequence to determine the operating time. It then uses this operating time (taking into account replenishment lead time) to execute forward scheduling and to determine the requirements date.
