Definition
Specifies the base time from which the system calculates the planned shipping time.
You can calculate using the customer requirements date or from the time of the external status.
Use
With the lead time you can realize a simple delivery scheduling. The system thus calculates the base time selected and adds or subtracts the time difference. The result is saved as the planned shipping time with the calls.
Example
- You can add four hours to the time of the production go-ahead and plan this time as the shipping time.
- You can subtract four hours from the customer's requirements date and plan this time as the shipping time.
