Definition
Controls the output of the reference numbers in the shipping notification (DESADV).
Use
You can transfer the following data as reference numbers to the shipping notification:
- the external call number
- the grouping information
- the grouping information along with the grouping index
- the external call number at header level and the grouping information at item level
To do this you can complete E1EDL51 or
E1EDL52 via a Customer Exit (enhancement: JIT08_01).
Note:
If you want to create a kanban process using JIT procedures, the following is valid:
- Irrespective of the settings in Customizing, the assembly location from the JIT call is always the receiving location.
- In the setting external call number the external call number of the JIT call appears as the kanban number.
- In the setting grouping information and external call number in E1EDL51 and grouping information in E1EDL52 the grouping information from the JIT call appears as the kanban number.
- In the settings grouping information and grouping index the grouping information and the grouping index of the JIT call appears as the kanban number.
Dependencies
In order for the reference numbers to be transferred, you must have selected an entry in the list field reference numbers in delivery IDoc, that defines the transfer of the reference number (for example the production number or external call number) at header and/or item level in the IDoc.
