Definition
The system only archives the calls that have existed in the system longer than the residence time. The basis date is taken as the date of the internal processing status, the residence time in calendar days is added to this and then compared with the current date.
Dependencies
You can only archive calls, for which the following applies:
Date(internal processing status;'idate') + residence time <= today's date ('sy-date').
