Definition
Groups several JIT calls in a specific sequence. This sequence does not have to correspond to the External sequence numbers.
Use
You can have the information sent from your customer or you can assign it internally using actions. If you assign the grouping information internally, you can control an individual sequence in the production.
In addition, you can assign the grouping information in the progress confirmation, for example to group entry units. The system then assigns the appropriate grouping index per components group.
Typically, specific grouping information corresponds to exactly one rack (rack number)
Dependencies
The system does not check for the uniqueness of the grouping.
To assign the grouping information in the progress confirmation, choose Settings and enter a processing mode.
