Documentation
Definition
Indicates whether the system issues a status report about the general data on the header or item status screen of a sales document.
Use
If you have accepted the "General" status by selecting a certain status group the system will return the status of the general data by checking the fields whiich have been assigned in the incompleteness schema in the status group. If data is missing from any of these fields, then the status report will indicate that the general data are incomplete in some way.
Example
In a customer order for instance, the customer order number or the document date can belong to the general data. If entries are missing in either of these fields, the document is seen to be incomplete and can not be processed further. the system then issues a corresponding status report.
