Documentation
Definition
The scale base value determines the sizes by which sales agent payment is scaled.
Use
If you want to use a commission key to assign scaled sales agent payment records, you should define the reference size of the scale here.
Examples
You can define sales agent payments using quantity and value scales in IS-M/AM.
If a sales agent is to receive a percentage amount from a sales volume scaled according to column millimeters, you should set the 'quantity scale' as the scale basis.
In the case of a sales volume scale, which is scaled according to the values of the sales volumes, you should use the 'value scale'.
Dependencies
During pricing for sales agent settlement, the commission key and the condition type must agree with regard to the scale basis.
In the case of 'quantity scales' the order unit of measurement must be convertable to the commission key unit of measurement so that this can be assigned in the order.
