Definition
Number which determines how documents should be numbered in the system. This number gives information about which number range is decisive for a document type.
Use
When creating a document with internal number assignment, the system assigns a number which falls within the respective number range.
Procedure
- Check the number range for document conditions (Object KONV) Nummber range maintenance
- Create a new number range for the object affected if required.
- Select a number range and make a note of its number.
- Enter the number of the number range required here.
