Definition
If this indicator is selected, the system checks all rate requirements for each billing dataset.
If a rate requirement applies, the system deletes rate indicators (for the first assignment that qualifies for discount) that are not selected in the rate requirement.
If all four rate indicators are subsequently deleted, the system does not select the billing dataset.
