Definition

The creation type simplifies creation of media-mix contracts. It can refer to a sales organization and determines which condition exclusion rule and which fulfillment rule applies to the media-mix contract. It also proposes a common category, common type, a common discount/price adjustment and a common contract currency for the involved contracts if this is required.

A common contract currency can only be specified with reference to a sales organization.

Use

The creation type is only used to control authorization checks in the media-mix package.

You can make authorizations for editing media-mix contracts dependent on the creation type. A creation type is assigned to each media-mix package to ensure that various authorizations can be used when creating media-mix contracts using media mix packages.

Procedure

Assign the creation type to be used for the authorization check to the media-mix package.
