Documentation
Definition
BW classification for the contract holder distinguishes contracts that are valid for the same advertisers (order partners) but which are found at different levels in the business partner hierarchy.
When contract data is evaluated in BW, contracts are not to be regarded simultaneously if different BW classifications mean that target agreements would be counted more than once.
Example
- Group contracts are classified differently from contracts for subsidiaries because target agreements for these subsidiaries are also included in those for the parent group.
- Contracts in which the holder does not belong to a corporate group have a different classification again. These contracts can be evaluated together with contracts for parent groups or those for subsidiaries in BW.
Maintenance
When creating a contract, the system determines BW classification using the contract holder, group indicator and business partner hierarchy. You can change this manually.
Report RJSBW_AM_COA_LEVEL is used to redetermine BW classification (if for example the business partner hierarchy is changed).
