If this indicator is selected, a contract has been created for which settlement cannot be performed.
Example
You want to create a contract that is granted a certain discount regardless of the quantity sold and does not therefore require a settlement. This contract should have a long validity period and assigned orders should be able to be archived without having to first perform final settlement and archive the contract.
