Definition

The status of each media issue in the selection period is indicated by a traffic light symbol or a stop sign. These have the following meanings:

Symbol    Status

Green light    Only plan values are available for the time being

Yellow light    There is an order in the system for the carrying media issue and for the ship-to party. Shipping has not yet taken place for the carrier media issue. Caution: a subitem of the order, such as an ad insert or a component of the media issue, may already have been delivered.

Red light    Shipping has already taken place for the carrying media issue (partially or for the entire quantity).

Stop sign    A suspension has been entered for the delivery date of the carrying media issue for the retailer.
