Definition
The planned quantity of promotional copies in a delivery is determined by adding the following two quantities:
- copies distributed randomly to anonymous householders, for example using delta coverage
- complimentary copies whose addressee is known to the publisher, for example free subscriptions
This planned quantity is determined for all delivery types. Actual quantities for the carrier and home delivery company are assigned in circulation planning on the basis of this planned quantity.
