You can generate bonus items for a subscription. These are usually free of charge and are not subject to monitoring.
Example
A customer with a partial subscription is to receive a public holiday issue that is not included in the service type for their subscription.
A customer with a partial subscription is supplied with a full subscription for a limited period as part of an up-selling campaign. The additional issues are delivered free of charge.
