Key which informs you of the current status of an object.
Use
A status can be activated either internally (system status) or externally (user status) for information and control purposes.
Supplementary Documentation - J_TXT04 0001
Use
For the selection, the system status of the object determines which stage in its lifecycle the object has reached, and hence which valuation method is used.
Supplementary Documentation - J_TXT04 0002

Use
Determines the call up point that the automatic determination of the settlement rule is to be triggered the first time.
The automatic determination of a settlement rule is triggered for an object as soon as a certain system status is reached. The call up point displays the current system status.
Example
When a sender is created the system should always determine the settlement rule automatically. Choose the call up point CRTD (created) for this. Thus when a new sender is created or changes are made to master data later a determination of the settlement rule is triggered for the order, if the settings for the 'Changeable' flag allow this.
Supplementary Documentation - J_TXT04 0400
Procedure
If you want to select production orders according to their status, you can specify up to two system statuses and two user statuses.
