Definition
This is the time assignment of the key figure to a calendar month in the form YYYYMM (YYYY = year, MM = month).
- This is the calendar month of the shipping date for the issue delivery quantity.
- In the case of the return quantity, this is the month of the IVW date of the return in question. The IVW date in turn is determined from the return date.
- The same applies to billed units: calendar month of shipping date in billing documents for deliveries or calendar month of IVW date for billed return. However, when billing is performed for periods (usually for subscriptions), the delivery date of the billed units is not known; here, the system assigns the calendar month of the publication period.
