Definition
Mode for the derivation of the sales area for the clearing documents / correction documents to be created within the sales document flow for the accruals correction postings.
Use
Use the setting "R = Use Reference Sales Area for Company Code" if you wish to keep the number of clearing documents created in the system to a minimum and can accept or aim for aggregated sales area information. If you wish the information on the sales area of the accruals/condition records to be corrected to be output in the original documents, for example, for results analyses, use the "Transfer Sales Area from Original Documents" option for the derivation of the sales area.
Dependencies
Make sure that the clearing documents can be created with the relevant sales document types in the sales areas used for the selected reference customers.
