Definition
The Offset shows the system which year a month is to be assigned to in quarters that extend beyond the year's end.
Use
Some recycling partners set the quarter delimitation depending on the beginning of the fiscal year of their licensees. Months in a quarter that extend beyond the year's end then have different year specifications than the fiscal year for accounting. The Offset shows the system whether a month is within the fiscal year or not.
