Definition
Indicator: Use sales unit as reference unit of measure.
Use
If this indicator is set, this sales unit is used as the reference unit of measure for this article and is displayed in the Ref. Sales Unit field for all of the sales units of the article in question.
All units of measure for this article that have not been created in REA will be converted using the alternative unit of measure/reference unit of measure ratio. The derivation type for units of of measure is taken into account for this. It only makes sense to use the indicator with the derivation types 1 and 2.
The Log Missing Units of Measure indicator (REA Customizing) is then no longer relevant for this article.
