Definition

The document number for the quantity flow declaration at the individual article level. For the main document type of the settlement volume definition is made as to whether, in addition to the declaration of the quantity flow at the material type and volume/area class level, the sales quantities should also be saved at the individual article level. The document number is unique and is created for smaller data sets (less than 1000 data records) with the declaration record update. For larger declaration-relevant article masters, the quantity flow is saved before posting during the declaration program run. The document number for the quantity flow declaration at the article level is saved in the header record of the declaration.
