Indicates whether the article is active or inactive.
Use
A possible reason for deactivating an article could be if the license has been temporarily discontinued with a recycling partner. The article does not have to be deleted and then recreated later but simply switched to inactive or active.
Only active articles are taken into accout when a declaration is executed.
