Indicator: Version-dependent Update/Administration of Declaration Key
Use
The indicator enables the administration of the declaration key depending on the version grid, which is determined by the data collector by analyzing versions of articles and assigned packagings during a declaration run.
If this indicator is set, the indicator Version-precise update of declaration key when saving (detail->declaration type) may be activated additionally for a main document type. A precondition is the activation of the indicator Save article quantity flow or the activation of the version-precise differentiation acc. to Matnr. and Sales unit.
Another precondition is the definition of an internal number range for the declaration key at the recycling partner.
Declartion keys which have been generated in this way, can be viewed using the article dialog.
Example
The functionality is used with the recycling partner FostPlus.
