Maintenance status of the data record
Use
In the year of a prepaid declaration more than one price list can be valid. REA therefore lets you enter the amount of packaging for the individual validity periods of the price lists in detail maintenance or have it automatically distributed to the respective price lists in collective maintenance.
'C' Collective maintenance of Volume/Area class
The anticipated annual amount of packaging is distributed
proportionately and for exact days to the different validity periods of the price lists.
'D' Detail maintenance of Volume/Area class.
For each valid price list in the declaration timeframe, you
maintain the anticipated amount. After entry, the amounts entered
are totaled per volume/area class.
