Definition
The Advance Payment radio button indicates that the payment for the partial annual declaration is a payment that has actually been made. There is a cash flow to the recycling partner. The final annual declaration is reduced by the amount of the partial annual declaration.
Example:
The recycling partner expects a quarterly advance payment of 1/4 of the previous final annual declaration.
