Definition
Means that surcharge and base reductions are not considered in a special form of tax calculation.
Dependencies
If a minimum price rule (Pauta Fiscal) is to be applied to the calculation of Substituição Tributária, then the system first multiplies the invoice value by the surcharge rate and base reductions, and then compares this to the minimum price multiplied by the invoiced quantity.
If, however, you set this indicator, the minimum price x quantity is compared directly to the invoice value - without taking surcharge or base reductions into account.
