Definition
Percentage which is applied on the Sub.Trib. minimum price for purpose of determination of the Sub.Trib. calculation rule.
In certain situations, the base amount for Sub.Trib. calculation with minimum price rule (pauta fiscal) is not compared to the total minimum price, but to a percentage thereof. If the base amount is less than the percentage of the minimum price, the full minimum price is used as a quantity based Sub.Trib. rate (pauta fiscal). If the percentage of the minimum price is exceeded, the Sub.Trib. calculation follows the standard calculation (based on invoice value with surcharge).
If the percentage is not filled out, the full minimum price is used for comparison.
