Documentation
Definition
Denotes that the region is tax-free zone.
Use
If a region is tax-free, the system still calculates ICMS, but does not post it as a tax liability or as a deductible tax. Instead it makes an offsetting entry for the ICMS amount. This amount is shown as a discount in the nota fiscal and reduces the net amount.
Dependencies
In Assign Condition Types to Internal Codes for Tax Conditions, assign the condition for the offsetting posting to the entry ICMSDISCOUNT and application TX.
