Definition

Is used in the two-step stock transfer procedure with stock transport orders.

It corresponds to an SD tax code and is entered by the user or proposed by the system when you create a delivery.

Use

In stock transfers, the issuing plant posts the goods issue using a specific tax code. When the receiving plant enters the goods issue, the system reads the tax code from the stock removal document and determines which tax code to use for the goods receipt using this table.

The system looks for the tax code in the column Tax Code. It then proposes the tax code that is entered in the TC at GR column.

Assume that the table contains the following entry:

  • Tax Code A1
  • TC at GR I1
  • SD TC V1

Two-Step Stock Transfer

  • In the goods issue, you enter the tax code A1.
  • In the goods receipt, the system reads the table for the entry A1, and proposes the tax code I1.

Two-Step Stock Transfer with Stock Transport Order

  • In the delivery, you enter the SD tax code V1 (or the system determines it automatically).
  • The system reads the table for the entry SD TC V1 and uses the tax code A1 for the automatic goods issue posting.
  • In the goods receipt, the system reads the liest das System die table entry with the tax code A1, and proposes the tax code I1.
