Definition

It is the reference key for the document that generated the Nota Fiscal.

This field has different sizes and contents depending on which document generates the Nota Fiscal. It is a technical field.

Use

It is used for integration between the Nota Fiscal environment and the applications.

Example

For Logistics Invoice Verification this field has the structure

  • BELNR - Document reference number CHAR 10
  • GJAHR - Fiscal year NUMC 04

    Total 14 characters

For Billing this field has the structure

  • VBELN - Billing document CHAR 10

    Total 10 characters

For Inventory Management this field has the structure

  • MBLNR Number of a material document CHAR 10
  • MJAHR Year of material document NUMC 04

    Total 14 characters

Until release 3.0F it was also possible to create references to Invoice Verification documents. This is no longer possible from release 4.0A on. Please use instead references to Logistics Invoice verification documents.

For documents posted with releases prior to 4.0, the reference key related to Invoice verification documents has the following structure:

  • BURKS - Company code CHAR 04
  • BELNR - Document reference number CHAR 10
  • GJAHR - Fiscal year NUMC 04
