Definition

Indicates the type of profit (real or presumed) adopted to report and determine the occurrence of PIS and COFINS.

It is relevant only for companies subject to income tax based on presumed profit and with tax incidence exclusively on the cumulative regime.

Use

The possible values for the type of profit are:

  • 0 - Real Profit
  • 1 - Presumed Profit - Consolidated Rep. (Reg. F500)
  • 2 - Presumed Profit - Consolidated Rep. (Reg. F550)
  • 9 - Presumed Profit - Detailed Reporting
