Definition
Indicates that you have received an authorization for cancellation of the electronic fiscal document from the tax authorities, but the corresponding source document has not been canceled. The statuses of the two documents are not in sync.
Use
The system marks this field to indicate that you must ensure that the source document has been canceled, for example, by reversing the goods movement, before the electronic fiscal document can be canceled.
To cancel the source document and synchronize the document statuses, you choose, from the output screen of the Monitor, Fiscal Document -> Cancel Source Doc. The system subsequently cancels the electronic fiscal document, and the Canceled field for this document in the Monitor is marked.
Dependencies
You must receive a cancellation authorization for the electronic fiscal document from the tax authorities before you can synchronize the cancellation statuses of the source document and the electronic document.
