Documentation

Definition

Specifies the partner that pays for the services of a transportation service provider. The service taker receives the CT-e issued by the transportation service provider.

Use

The information about which CT-e partner is the service taker must be displayed in the CT-e XML and also in the DACTE.

Dependencies

To determine the service taker, the system uses the assigment of CT-e partners to NF partner funtions and applies the following rules:

  • Upon creation of a CT-e, you define a CT-e partner as being the NF main partner. In case this NF main partner is already assigned to a NF partner function in in Map CT-e Partners to NF Partner Functions, the system recognizes the NF main partner as the service taker.
  • On the contrary, if the NF main partner is not assigned to a NF partner function, the system compares the CPF or CNPJ of the available CT-e partners with the CPF or CNPJ of the NF main partner you have selected during the creation of the CT-e. The CT-e patner that has a matching CPF or CNPJ with the NF main partner is then considered the service taker.

Note: If there is more than one CT-e partner with a matching CPF or CNPJ, the system applies the following order to determine the service taker: 0 - Goods Sender; 1 - Cargo Dispatcher; 2 -. Cargo Recipient; 3 -CT- Destination.
