Specifies the level at which replacement cost valuation is carried out.

It can be performed at two levels:

• Valuation area
• Company code

Example

Due to legal requirements, you may have to revaluate your materials for inflation purposes at the company-code level. In this case, you choose valuation level 2.

If you do not have any such legal requirements, then you revaluate your materials at the level defined in your standard MM settings. In this case, choose valuation level 1.
