Definition

For tables with many changes (many entries in the corresponding logging table), it is necessary to process the logging table records by multiple parallel-running batch jobs. However, it is necessary to specify disjoint data portions for each of those jobs. For this purpose, we refer to exactly one of the key fields of the original table, and specify value ranges for each of the parallel-running jobs in the static delimitations of the access plans. So it is necessary to specify the key field that is used for the definition of the disjoint data portions. This field must be assigned a prominent position (right after field IUUC_PROCESSED) in the secondary index of the logging table.
