Deletion date
Use
All services successfully transferred to SAP CRM and whose lock or unlock date is earlier than or the same as the specified deletion date, are removed from the worklist on the deletion date. The deletion date is the start date of the deletion process minus the value specified in the days field in the activity Define Basic Settings for Managing Service Data.
Dependencies
The deletion date only takes effect if CRM integration is active (see CRM Integration indicator in the activity).
