Common number for all media issues in a media product that are published in the same year.
Use
The year number is of particular significance for media issues that are published periodically.
Dependencies
When a media issue is generated or added manually, the system preassigns the year number using the base year, i.e. the first publication year of the associated media product. The year number of the media issue is "1" in the base year.
