Indicates if the program has checked a billing item to determine whether or not it is to be included in the settlement data collector
If the field contains the value 'X', the RJPINVOICETRANSFER report has been accessed manually or has been accessed using output control. If the field contains an initial value, the RJPINVOICETRANSFER report has not been accessed for the billing item.
The indicator is required for efficient technical implementation of the rebuild function. It does not have any operational use for customers.
