The initial shipping date of a media issue is the earliest possible date on which the media issue can be shipped.
Use
Periodical Sales and Distribution:
- The initial shipping date can be used in a variety of shipping documents, for example in the goods arrival list for postal distribution items.
Dependencies
Periodical Sales and Distribution:
- You can adopt the initial shipping date as the shipping date during planning using a customer exit.
- The initial shipping date cannot be changed once quantity planning has taken place for the media issue in Media Sales and Distribution (M/SD).
