Definition
You can display selection fields for the start and end of the complaint for each order item in the HTML business templates. The system enters the publication days from the mix offer automatically in these fields. You can specify how many publication days are to be available in a selection field.
This indicator determines whether or not the validity period for the order item is to be taken into account when doing this.
- If the indicator is selected, the validity period is taken into account. The system only places publication days for which the order item is valid in the selection field. There may be fewer publication days than are specified in Customizing.
- If the indicator is not selected, the validity period of the order item is not taken into account. The specified number of past publication days are provided, starting from the current date. This means a complaint is also possible for issues published before the actual start of the validity period of the item (for example, complaints when the start of delivery is delayed).
