Definition
The following complaint categories are possible:
- Subsequent delivery: the issue(s) are delivered subsequently.
- Credit memo: a credit memo is created for the issue(s).
- No action: the issue(s) are neither delivered subsequently nor credited.
- Liability account: this setting is only possible if the basic order has a liability account. If the order has a delivery-related liability account, the number of issues for which complaints are made is credited to the liability account. If the account is monetary, the value of the complaint issues is credited to the liability account.
