Definition
Controls plant determination for media orders in order creation.
Use
You use this field to define how plant determination is to be performed for each contract type.
' ' = Standard SD: Standard SD plant determination
1 = Standard Media: Plant determination takes place in the following sequence:
a) Propose plant from main item
b) Propose plant from header plant entered
c) Propose plant from info record
d) Propose plant from ship-to party/for media product/date in media issue
e) Propose plant from ship-to party/material group/date/article (Retail)
f) Propose plant from ship-to party
g) Propose plant from material
h) Enter plant from *VBAP plant
2 = Assignment of plant to contract and issue: The system determines the contract for the order and uses this to read the assignment of the plant to the contract and issue.
Dependencies
This field is checked during plant determination for an order. The field is not checked for a contract. There must be a contract in the system for the order created.
