Definition

Number of the header ad spec in a linked ad spec to which the current ad spec refers.

Header ad specs are characterized by the fact that they reference themselves.

Use

When accessing methods for the AdMgmtSalesOrder (sales document in Advertising Management) business object, an ad spec and its dependent objects (ad spec masters, ad spec assignment, ...) can be addressed in one of two ways:

  1. Specify the ad spec number that is part of the primary key.
  2. If you do not know this number, you can use temporary ad spec numbers instead. Temporary numbers have '$' as an initial character.
    If an ad spec is to be inserted, the system assigns an ad spec number if you have used a temporary number.
    If an ad spec is to be changed, the ad spec number is defined using the technical ad spec ID and all temporary ad spec numbers are replaced by this number.
