Definition
Specifies whether the system performs pricing automatically at item level.
Use
You can make settings here that determine whether the system performs pricing for an item.
If pricing is to be performed, you can also determine whether this should be renewed during billing.
Example
The system performs pricing for standard items in a customer order. Pricing would however not be necessary for text items.
If a cash payment is made for an item and billing is to be performed subsequently, it is not advisable to renew pricing during billing, since the conditions may have changed in the intervening period.
Dependencies
This indicator does not control the way in which conditions are evaluated in the billing document. You should maintain the pricing type required to control pricing for billing document creation in Customizing under Maintenance of Order-Related Billing Document Type Determination.
