This positioning instruction is a higher-level element in a positioning hierarchy.
Example
A full size banner consists of two half size banners. You can sell both the full size banner and the two half size banners. Booking the full size banner also books the two lower-level half size banners. Booking a half size banner prevents the full size banner being booked.
