Definition
Number of days in the past for which a backdated complaint can be created. The publication days for the order or publication are taken into account.
This setting is relevant for select fields for the complaint period on the HTML template. The system can enter copy numbers or publication days dynamically in these fields. This is done by transferring values from the ERP system to the ITS. This setting determines how many values are transferred.
